    Job Overview:

    The Business Analyst works closely with the merchandising, marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail Operations teams. This individual will perform a variety of functions to support the team, ranging from obtaining, analyzing, and interpreting business data, to executing promotions and managing system data. The Business Analyst may be focused on but not limited to the following:

    Responsibilities:
    • Support to provide strategic opportunities based on competitive strategy and positioning.
    • Support in growing sales and margin by identifying opportunities and actions that provoke better product performance.
    • Perform and present analysis and category/industry trends to leadership.
    • Be the analysis resource in Merchandising.
    • Sign creation / distribution
    • Data updates, including item maintenance, cost changes, and retail changes.
    • Promotion execution
    • Planogram execution
    • Store layouts

    Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field such as economics, mathematics, or analytics
    • Prefer pricing experience in a corporate retail or finance environment.
    • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) and SQL
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient with data, financial modeling and forecasting
