They are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce who will be responsible for cleaning up and analyzing data to support their business objectives.


This project is to ensure the information, including family relationships, is captured in the enterprise CRM from the time their journey with the University starts through thes programs.


The vision for this project is to bring University programs to a centralized platform that will facilitate program management, collection, and management of constituent engagement data, reporting, and communication.


Deliverables:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Clean up and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand and work with stakeholders to set up/establish parent child relationships with existing data.
  • Communicate complex information about Salesforce projects and technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist other BA's with gathering and documenting requirements with respect to other Access units.
  • Review, understand and convert existing notes/documents to requirements document

Qualifications

Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, with experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to clean up and analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills, able to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to work in a quickly changing environment with a certain level of uncertainty in requirements.
