What you will be doing

The Digital Workforce team is looking for a Financial Business Systems Analyst (Analyst) to support our business customers in the Finance and Shared Services organization by enabling and implementing transformative change and operational excellence through novel and customer-centric solutioning.

The Analyst will build and deploy these solutions utilizing technologies including, but not limited to, RPA, DPA, AI, ML, and NLP that improve operational outcomes across people, process, and technology.

They will partner with business customers on the delivery of data-driven initiatives toward enabling a culture of "Continuous Improvement" and Digital Transformation.

The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Main responsibilities

Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Automation Anywhere, Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, and Microsoft Office 36
Design, build, deploy and assist in the development of strategic outlook for Cloud AI to innovate highquality and scalable solutions using Google Vertex AI, generative AI and/or other relative AI tools.
Experience writing complex SQL statements.
Develop Business Workflow Automations.
Actively participate in ideation sessions and be a daytoday partner.
Identify current and emerging technologies.
Experience with data acumen, assembling large complex data sets data extraction that meet functional/nonfunctional business requirements, translate data into actionable insights which provide valuable insights.
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of 'big data' technologies and sources.
Design, build, and deploy analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline.

Ability to translate complex systems and processes into meaningful solutions.
Effective Communicator and efficient fastpaced worker.
Design automated solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
Configure new automated processes and objects
Bachelor's degree preferable in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Technology, Statistics, or related field and/or relative technical experience or certifications.
One to three years of experience specializing in Business Workflow Automation, RPA, DPA, SQL, NoSQL and/or other tools for automating business processes.
Experience with objectoriented scripting languages: Python, R, and JavaScript and datastructures like JSON and XML
Experience in identifying current, emerging technologies, and bringing tangible solutions to business stakeholders.
