    Description

    Piper Companies is currently seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Representative for an opportunity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) to join a local academic institution.

    Responsibilities of the Part-Time Patient Service Representative


    • Provide prompt and courteous information via phone and in person to clients regarding services and schedules
    • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient care with clinical educators and students
    • Send introductory information/forms to clients before appointments and request documentation from referral sources
    • Maintain electronic health records by inputting and creating patient data in NextGen system
    Qualifications of the Part-Time Patient Service Representative


    • 1+ years of experience in a medical, rehabilitation or education setting is required
    • Experience with insurance verification, customer service, insurance portals, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desired
    • High School Degree or equivalent required
    Compensation for the Part-Time Patient Service Representative


    • Salary Range: $ $20.00 / hour
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, and PTO
