AVIS CAR RENTAL - Customer Service Representative
Eckert Rentals, LLC is searching for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are service driven, highly skilled in interacting with customers and have excellent communication skills to do the following but not limited to:

• Provide personalized and exceptional rental experiences to all customers
• Data entry
• Keeping the rental lot organized and identifying proper vehicles
• Successfully promote and sell company products and services
• Prepare and process rental transactions accurately
• Effectively communicate rental agreements to customers
• Respond to all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person
• Follow and maintain all Quality Assurance standards at location issued by the company
• Determine maintenance records of rental cars and communicate to customers the need for such

Rental Sales Agent Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional typing skills, speed and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and sales ability including experience
• Excellent communication skills

- in person and on the telephone

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work individually and within a team environment
• Ability to clean and detail vehicles
• Valid Drivers license with clean driving record.

This position is specific to the Avis/Uber partnership, where we rent cars to Uber drivers from the area.
