As a PSR, you are the first person to make a GREAT impression with our patients Using your excellent communication skills, you will help greet, direct, and schedule patients and visitors.
You will serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in and keeping the office and all records, reports, and other correspondence organized.

Monday - 7:00am - 6:30pm Tuesday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Wed 7:00am - 4:00pm Thurs 7:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 2:30pm, Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm (once a month)

What You Will Do
- Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service which includes scheduling appointments, informing of delays, addressing family complaints, and escalating as necessary
- Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before checkin and keeping the office and all records, reports, and other correspondence organized
- Filing and scanning medical documents and office forms as directed
- Verifying all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information
- Collecting money and issuing receipts for a patient?s visit, diagnostic studies, and supplies as prompted by the electronic medical record system
- Cleaning the front office work area and other maintenance assignments as directed
What You Will Need
- Motivated and willing to learn on the job
- Front desk experience in a fastpaced environment
- Experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred
- Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well
- Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting
- Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting copays, and answering multiple phone lines
