Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Efficiently manage customer complaints, processing orders, and modifications with a keen eye for detail.
  • Master our product offerings to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 35 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally within manufacturing, though not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
