Customer Service RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Efficiently manage customer complaints, processing orders, and modifications with a keen eye for detail.
- Master our product offerings to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 35 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally within manufacturing, though not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
