I worked as IT Support Senior Assistant at Pfizer, a leading pharmaceutical company. Prior to joining
Pfizer in 2021, I worked at EBLA Computer Consultancy from 2016 to 2020, where I served as a IT Support
Specialist and played a key role in implementing IBM technology solutions for clients. Prior to EBLA
Computer Consultancy, I worked at Green Torrent PVT Ltd, Kuwait from 2014 to 2016, where I served as
a customer IT service representative. In this role, I was responsible for providing excellent customer
service to clients and was recognized for my ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my exceptional work ethic, my ability to work well as
part of a team, and my dedication to delivering high-quality results. I’m holding a bachelor’s degree and
Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Bharathiar University, India

Recently, I worked at Pfizer/ DXC Technology, there I’m responsible for provided technical support to over 500 employees. This included hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and maintenance of the company's server infrastructure. I am also experienced in setting up and managing virtual private networks (VPNs) and remote desktop connections.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. I have a passion for customer service, and I take pride in resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I am familiar with a range of hardware and software platforms, including Windows Operating System.
