    Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

    Responsibilities:
    * -Review and post factory invoices to the general ledger
    * -Reconcile AR accounts
    * -Create and post adjusting journal entries
    * -Maintain and distribute AR accounting schedules
    * -Research and post returned checks and credit card chargebacks
    * -Prepare accounting schedules for month-end close
    * -Interact with management personnel for fixed operations
    * -Process refund checks for fixed operations
    * -Uphold strong intercompany relationships for fixed operations activities


    Requirements:
    * -High school diploma
    * -Genuine desire to serve
    * -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
    * -Experience in accounts receivable
    * -Organization and attention to detail
    * -Ability to work independently
    * -Strong attention to processes and systems
    * -CDK software experience preferred
