    Description

    As a Director of Technology, you will be a core member of RBW supporting our growth and effectiveness. You can expect to go broad and deep on our tech stack, and across multiple products, while leading a best-in-class team. You will be playing a key part in the delivery of critical programs that are strategically aligned to our overall business strategy including Industry 4.0 and growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for IT operations, including management of business applications, management of end user desktop/laptop computers and software, management of network communications equipment, management of systems security processes
    • Accountable for the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software
    • Responsible for Identifying, evaluating, and recommending other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes
    • Responsible for technical projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and key results
    • Ability to manage a complex mix of projects while optimizing resource allocation based on strategy and business goals
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including operations, network architecture, systems engineering, and cybersecurity initiatives.
