    Customer Service Administrator - San Diego, United States - Mastech Digital

    TITLE: Temp Customer Service Administrator

    LOCATION: San Diego, CA – On-Site

    DURATION: 12 months

    Hours: 8:30-5 Monday-Friday, on-site

    PAY: $22/hr to $27/hr

    MANAGER NOTES

    • This is a backfill someone that just resigned
    • Require someone that has a strong presence on the phone - should be confident on the phone
    • MUST have CRM experience - Salesforce experience preferred
    • MUST be detail oriented and thorough (please screen for this strength)
    • Daily tasks: Registering clients for the portal - Order entry - CS support requests - Filtering inbox - Escalating issues to upper management
    • Computer literacy is a must
    • Required - Attention to detail, positive attitude, reliability
    • Need candidates that express genuine interest in the role.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up portal registrations
    • Assist with order entry
    • Complete CS support requests
    • Assist with filtering the CS Inbox
    • Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager
    • Answer CS call queue

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required
    • Experience with and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Professional and courteous demeanor
