- This is a backfill someone that just resigned
- Require someone that has a strong presence on the phone - should be confident on the phone
- MUST have CRM experience - Salesforce experience preferred
- MUST be detail oriented and thorough (please screen for this strength)
- Daily tasks: Registering clients for the portal - Order entry - CS support requests - Filtering inbox - Escalating issues to upper management
- Computer literacy is a must
- Required - Attention to detail, positive attitude, reliability
- Need candidates that express genuine interest in the role.
- Set up portal registrations
- Assist with order entry
- Complete CS support requests
- Assist with filtering the CS Inbox
- Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager
- Answer CS call queue
- Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required
- Experience with and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional and courteous demeanor
