• Memorized and prepared specialty and traditional cocktails quickly to ensure prompt delivery of drinks

• Opened and closed bar, working weekends often as the solo bartender on busy evenings 
• Ensured bar glassware was polished, and that bar was fully stocked 

Event Coordinator 5 Months (April 2022- Sept. 2022)

• Reached out to all event inquiries via the TripleSeat Event platform, following up via email and phone 
• Planned events working with guests to select dining packages, room options, and bar selections 
• Wrote contracts for events, ensuring reservation of space and proper staffing
• Setup audio/visual services for events in addition to the requested decor 
• Guaranteed that all event requests were met
• Planned special events such as baby showers, weddings, professional dinners, etc. 
• Ensured the kitchen was properly stocked according to the event menu
