10 years experience running a variety of kitchens. This included catering, culinary nutrition education, grocery merchandising, barista and bread baking. I left the industry to start my own small business teaching yoga which I did full-time for 5 years but had to make a big change due to the pandemic. I have experience working in a cannabis dispensary. I also started my own small business last year making naturally dyed housewares, Sun bear Housewares.
Education
Associates degree in culinary arts from The Illinois institute of art Chicago graduated 20 11.
