Position Summary
Establishes the infrastructure and capacity to provide internal services to the organization. Oversees multiple functions that include HR, IT, administrative/office, facilities, and security.

They are responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of these functions, as well as aligning them with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the company
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of various departments, including HR, IT, administration, security and facilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administration functions
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for administrative expenses
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of progressively responsible management experience in the administration functions, preferably in HR or IT.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources and information technology practices and procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

The employee is occasionally required to move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.


Salary Range

$200,000-$225,000 Per Year**
