My life experiences have transformed me into a team player, an effective communicator, and a devoted promoter of health. As a RN Case Manager and now a Clinical Supervisor, it is essential for me to work successfully with my Team to collaboratively assess and respond to the needs of our patients that are seriously depended on our services and importance to lead by example. I have learned that success stemmed from ones’ ability to adapt rapidly to change and ones’ capability to build strong relationships with their peers. As a Clinical Supervisor I have the understanding of knowing why issues arise in an Home care, whether that care is home health or hospice. I have discovered that advanced knowledge of proper medical terminology is what leads a business to success and a patient and their family members to peaceful outcomes, especially in a city full of diversity.
To have the opportunity to work in a field of medicine I understand the focus of nursing skills, duties and responsibly will shift constantly to meet the needs of patients in a time of need. My ability to form fast working relationships to better the situation and challenge at hand has evolved from the different areas of nursing I have come to enjoy.
