For the past five years, I have been Chief Creative Officer at Lippe Taylor Group, leading the creative vision and work execution for both the Lippe Taylor and Twelvenote agencies. I am a seasoned creative architect passionate about transforming companies in vision and structure while consistently improving the work and winning new business.
With 20+ years of experience, I am also an expert on building powerhouse creative teams and leading successful large, first-to-market campaigns for Digital, Social, PR, Earned, Advertising, and Integrated creative activations. I was named to Adweek’s 2015 Creative 100 list of top creative professionals in advertising, and her efforts have also been recognized across multiple industries.
Previously, I was well known for my role as the head of creative at the social media giant, VaynerMedia,
as their first head of creative, where I helped build the creative offering from scratch and add multiple capabilities. I have brought inspiration, structure, and original thinking to the company, taking the agency from a community management shop to a full-service creative shop within four years. I was able to scale the offering and grow her team from 20 promising creatives to a team of over 350 people across four offices.
As a creative leader, I have received over 20 awards, including MM+M, Effies, Caples, Webby, SABRE, Shorty, Red Dot, and Digiday awards. I am recognized on the judging circuit for many creative awards, including the NY Festivals and Effies. I’m also active in ADC’s Let’s Make the Industry 50/50 initiative and advocate for DE & I in the workplace, as well as representation in the production and output of creative campaigns across all clients.
