I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors and am completing a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology. My academic training emphasizes motivation, leadership, performance psychology, ethical decision-making, and positive development across youth and adult populations. My education is grounded in evidence-based practice and applied learning, allowing me to translate psychological theory into practical strategies for coaching, programming, and organizational growth.
