- Cultivate a disciplined and respectful culture among employees, vendors, and customers.
- Set operational goals and lead efforts to achieve progress, including increasing work order volume organically, boosting overall gross profit (R&M), reducing job aging, minimizing SLT (both client and coordinator), and enhancing client communication.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and develop Coordinators/Team leads/managers
- Assist team leaders/Managers in their professional growth.
- Develop reports and materials for client meetings, performance reviews, escalations, and specific client Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Cultivate and maintain quality business relationships with customers, aiming to maintain and increase business.
- Establish processes for an employee training program across all divisions.
- Handle employee and client reporting.
- Implement software upgrades within the operations department's technology budget.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, directly overseeing team leads or managers.
- Collaborate with all divisions and affiliates to provide necessary support and streamline processes.
- Provide after-hours processes and schedules to ensure adequate coverage (with approval from DOO).
- Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness in conjunction with upper management.
- Maintain motivating relationships with all operations team members.
- Monitor progress and provide reports to department team leads/managers.
