Overview:
Duties:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Oversee daytoday activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence
- Engage in strategic planning to align operational objectives with company goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; preferred
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing operations
- Strong background in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management,
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and drive business growth
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Pay:
$60, $77,674.16 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
