Duties:


  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the company

  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

  • Engage in strategic planning to align operational objectives with company goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing operations
  • Strong background in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management,
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Pay:
$60, $77,674.16 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
