About the Practice:

We are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients and are looking for a Director of Operations to oversee our operational activities and ensure our practice continues to thrive.

Job Summary:
The Director of Operations (DOO) will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the medical practice. This includes overseeing the daily operations, ensuring financial health, implementing strategic plans, and managing staff. The DOO will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive the practice's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the practice, including patient care, billing, scheduling, and administration.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute strategic plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Lead, motivate, and supervise management and administrative staff.
Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates topquality personnel.
Liaise with external partners, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

Pay:
$129, $229,000.00 per year
