    We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Maintain files on all jobs and projects
    • Maintain Vendor files
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Schedule service calls with vendors
    • Call out to customers
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Prepare invoices in quickbooks for Customers
    • Perform all other office tasks
    • Incoming and outgoing emails
    • Order materials

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Quickbook experience a plus
    • Proficient in Word and Excel a plus
    • Previous experience in construction invoicing and paperwork a Plus

    Potential for hybrid / remote work available once fully trained
