Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- You will work in a trailer on site from 7am4pm
- Support the construction team with clerical and data entry duties
- Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the construction team
Experience:
- 13 years Experience as a construction Admin on a construction site
- Project coordination
- Microsoft Office Outlook Excel
- E-Builder and Procore Software
- Data entry and clerical tasks
- Office management or administrative support roles
Pay:
$ $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Staten Island, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
