    We're seeking a passionate Sales Manager to join our team in Kentwood, MI. In this role, you'll be instrumental in cultivating connections with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives. We're looking for someone with a solid background in restaurant operations, including valuable experience driving substantial revenue to meet the projected financial goals.

    • Proven track record in restaurant operations, with high-volume experience (REQUIRED)
    • Ability to leverage sales metrics and trends to drive performance and maximize profits.
    • Management of venue-level property systems and assistance with event revenue forecasting and planning.
    • Skilled in developing strategies for acquiring new business using local market data.
    • Establishment of meaningful relationships with community stakeholders.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
    • Exceptional communication, time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods.
