    We are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will oversee the sales process, develop effective strategies, and cultivate a culture of exceptional sales performance.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage a team of 6-12 sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive sales performance.
    • Conduct weekly ride-alongs with sales reps to provide feedback, coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze closing rates to identify trends and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
    • Act as a supportive coach and mentor, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide personalized development opportunities.
    • Be prepared to actively participate in generating and closing sales leads alongside the sales representatives.
    • Assist sales reps in closing sales by providing guidance, negotiating strategies, and leveraging your expertise in the home remodeling industry.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the home remodeling industry (required).
    • Minimum 5 years of in-home sales experience (required).
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Demonstrated track record of leading a successful sales team, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Reliable transportation with a clean DMV record and a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
