    Administrative Assistant

    With some bookkeeping experience for CPA firm near Walt Whitman Mall. Minimum 2-3 years experience, Accounting office experience a plus.

    Requires pleasant personality, client interaction by phone/email and some office visits during the tax season.

    Assist in obtaining and following up to gather client information and documents.

    Must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented, able to multitask and proficient in excel and word.

    Experience in scheduling would be a plus.

    Will need to convert and maintain files and documents digitally with a cloud server.

    Weekly timesheets will be required.

    Immediate permanent part-time position.
