Description
We are an established financial planning company in Irvine. We are a small staff, and are looking for an additional Administrate Assistant on our operations side.

The primary duties related to the position are:

  • Ensure clients are received in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a professional environment is maintained.

Associated tasks are (not limited to):

  • Process client paperwork (new accounts, journals, distributions, etc.).
  • Handle incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Handle mail on a daily basis.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of compliance filing.
  • Greet and welcome all clients and prospects who arrive for appointments.
  • Contact clients for scheduling purposes.
  • Ensure etiquette letters are sent promptly.
This is a full time position, and the hours are expected to be 8AM to 5PM. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required.


Pay:
$40, $44,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

  • Irvine, CA 92614: Relocate before starting work (required)
