How You Will Make a Difference


What you will do:

Coordinate meetings from small office meetings to larger off-site meetings.

Create and distribute presentations and reports for the department.

Assist in managing and tracking travel expenses and corporate expenses.

Provide research and support for special projects.


How you will do it:

Interface with corporate and brand functions in multiple offices and regions.

Monitor adherence of the corporate credit card policy. Assist with card set up and approvals.


What success looks like:


Be the face of the department and provide clerical support such as filing and organizing, faxing, sorting and distributing departmental mail, ordering supplies, internet research, calendar management, assisting employees, correspondence, making copies, travel arrangements, expense reports, answering, screening, and returning phone calls, etc.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years


Educational Position Requirements:


A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.


What we expect you already know:
Ability to successfully communicate with all levels of management.

Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks.

Detail oriented and display discretion with sensitive information.

Ability to organize information and tasks.

Aptitude and willingness to learn and try new things.

System savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Maintains high level of confidential information.

Demonstrates follow-through on all assignments.

Hiring Range:
$29.38 USD - $36.72 USD per hour


Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.

Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

P lease note, our hiring ranges are determined and built from market pay data. In determining the specific compensation for this position, we comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
