Position:
Administrative Assistant (Part Time)**
NOTE:
We are looking to fill this position immediately and start as soon as possible
Primarily responsible for assisting day to day company tasks
This position is an exciting role at the company to be a part of a industry leading, innovative, and fast paced team.
Description:
- Assist with day to day company tasks
- Entering and processing daily transactions
- Assist with receiving in shipments
- Preparing shipments to provide to shipping carrier
- Assist with managing inventory
- Reconciliation and processing invoices, credits, shipments
- Managing and inputting transactions and spreadsheets sales, tracking of shipments, returns, etc.
- Contacting vendors or customers on various issues
- Assist with day to day company tasks
- Involvement in all areas of business development
Desired skills / Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, and features:
- Experience / knowledge of retail, online retail, wholesale
- Experience accurately inputting and managing numerous spreadsheets
- Experience with warehouse operations
Qualification:
- Interest or passion for baby, kids, toy products
- Attention to detail inputting and managing data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy
- Strong organization skills
- Proven track record of accuracy
- Fast with computers and Very fast with Excel
- Problem solver. Able to think outside of the box to create solutions
- Fast learner and selfstarter
- Diligent and intelligent with work
- Clear and amiable communication skills
- Strong work ethics and professionalism
- Able to work in a fast pace and juggle various tasks
- Technologically savvy and fast with PC computers and the internet
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
