- Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
- Coordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groups
- Follow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues
- Responsible for assisting with acquiring all mechanical and electrical bids during the proposal process.
- Maintains logs of conversations, agreements, or commitments in neat, organized file easily accessible.
- Assists in competing of all deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the project team, potentially across multiple locations.
- Administrative duties as needed.
- Properly follows all company policies and procedures for a safe working environment and reports any problems to the supervisor or Human Resources.
- Performs any other tasks and duties as requested, directed, or assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
- Basic math and computer skills required.

- 2 – 5 years project management experience in cement plants or sand pits preferred.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit/stand to 8-10 hours per day.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.
- May be subject to sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform job scope.
- Location of position: ReadyMix & Aggregate Plant Locations
- Area Travel may be Required.
- Background checks and drug tests required.
- Maintaining a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Work will generally be performed in an office environment.
- May be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
- May be required to work hours other than the regular schedule.
