We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of countertop projects.

This is a crucial role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Develop project schedules and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the schedule.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

  • Coordinate with installation teams to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including purchase orders and change orders.
  • Keep detailed records of project communications, decisions, and approvals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise with material purchaser, fabricators, installers, and other internal teams to coordinate project activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of countertop fabrication processes and materials is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
