    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Avalon Hospitality Group in San Pedro, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives. ON SITE HOTEL EXPERIENCE MANDATORY AND REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
    • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and market insights
    • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
