    Job DescriptionAccount Executive - Governance, Risk & Compliance Software - Northeast, Chicago or Charlotte

    Our Client is a leading Global Provider of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Software to Enterprise Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Fortune 1500 Accounts. They offer a comprehensive Suite of GRC Software to BFS & Insurance Fortune 1500 companies that allows them to manage policies, assess risk, control user access and streamline compliance

    They are looking for Account Executives with years of experience successfully selling GRC Software into the Fortune 1500 BFS & Insurance Markets. They want proven AE's with the Energy, Drive and a History of making ($1M+) Quotas who have the ability to get promoted in (3) years or less

    If you have been successful (Top 25%) selling GRC Software Solutions into the Enterprise BFS & Insurance Markets for companies like NAVEX, Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard, Resolver, StandardFusion, Workiva, Oracle-GRC, SAP-GRC, etc. or their competitors, we would like to speak with you

    Average Deal: ($50K-$100K), Sales Cycle: Days). Must live in the Northeast, Chicago or Charlotte to be considered.

    What You Have:
    • (3-5+) years of successful sales experience in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Software Space
    • Consistent Record of Exceeding Quota ($1M+) selling into the BFS & Insurance Markets.
    • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
    • GRC Selling Experience into the Fortune 1500 Financial Services & Insurance Space is a MUST
    • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful
    • Proven ability to successfully interact with Enterprise C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
    • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals, and Manage RFP's.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
    • Work Via a Solution Selling Methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Big Plus plus.
    • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
    • 4-Year College Degree or Equivalent Experience.
    • Personable, Fun to be Around, Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously

    Relocation: Not Applicable

    Openings: Multiple (Due to Growth)

    Travel: 20%
