Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current customers and prospective dispensaries.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and create reports.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and stay uptodate with changes in the industry.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is required; experience in the cannabis industry or beverage sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
