**Head of Customer Support**
NY, NY **About the role**
Reporting directly to the Head of Product Operations, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Head of Customer Support** to provide direction and leadership to all customer support agents. The Head of Customer Support will play an essential role in defining how Creatd engages with our customers. On a daily basis, you will continuously audit and update processes, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist creators with payment issues. You will also be responsible for overseeing the remote Customer Success team. Our ideal candidate has experience working cross functionally, and leading and growing a Customer Success team.
**What Youll Do**
Provide direction, leadership and effective communication to all remote customer support agents to ensure successful training and promote team development
Effectively and professionally handle customer service situations such as technical or paymentissues
Create processes that optimize follow-up with customer experience and ensure satisfaction
Serve as an internal customer advocate and assist in developing customer engagement strategies
Continuously monitor customer support by implementing performance measure systems
Be an expert on all Creatd products, pillars and services to provide the most efficient and effective customer service
**What Youll Need**
Bachelor's degree in related field or 2-3 years of relevant experience working in customer support
Ability to track success and analytics, gauge effectiveness of correspondence, and manage
relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-starter, results oriented, and track record of success in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated experience leading a remote team
