Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) - Oschatz, Rutherford, PA:


Your Responsibilities:


  • With your help, customers will receive expert advice on all products and services offered both instore and online
  • You will provide knowledgeable answers and assistance regarding PCs and act as a central point of contact for customer communication within the company
  • Customers can rely on you to provide tailored solutions when needed, as you stay uptodate on product information and updates
  • You will handle inquiries related to orders, returns, complaints, and social media
  • Your tasks also include monitoring marketplace performance and responding to customer reviews
  • You will work closely with other teams within the company to ensure the best possible service for our customers

Your Profile:


  • You have a good general understanding of technology
  • You are motivated to provide the best customer service in the industry
  • You have knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • You are reliable, focused, and have strong organizational skills
  • You have good German/English language skills and excellent communication abilities
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • You possess strong teamwork skills and a customeroriented mindset
