Description
We are currently looking for Customer Support employees (m/f/d) to join our team at ATOSS locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Osnabrück, Hamburg, Berlin, Cham, or remote.
What we offer:
- Technical support for our ATOSS solution via phone, email, and remote access
- Handling customer inquiries, analyzing issues, and providing solutions
- Responding to questions about our software directly and through our ticket system
- Consulting with customers on implementing HR processes
- Working closely with our consultants and development department
- Developing and testing solutions
- Documenting all activities in our ticket system
What you bring:
- Completed education, preferably in the IT field
- Customer-oriented and team player
- Strong communication skills
- Good technical understanding
- Fluent in English
