Description

We are currently looking for Customer Support employees (m/f/d) to join our team at ATOSS locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Osnabrück, Hamburg, Berlin, Cham, or remote.

What we offer:

Technical support for our ATOSS solution via phone, email, and remote access
Handling customer inquiries, analyzing issues, and providing solutions
Responding to questions about our software directly and through our ticket system
Consulting with customers on implementing HR processes
Working closely with our consultants and development department
Developing and testing solutions
Documenting all activities in our ticket system

What you bring:

Completed education, preferably in the IT field
Customer-oriented and team player
Strong communication skills
Good technical understanding
Fluent in English
