- Educate, market, and sell ergonomic workplace solutions benefits to various stakeholders
- Maintain consistent sales activity levels, aiming for a minimum of 10 sales appointments weekly
- Exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales objectives
- Create a business plan aligned with strategic sales goals set by management
- Arrange product tests or demos for end-users when needed
- Conduct presentations for potential clients
- Complete sales reports, order paperwork, and maintain a customer database
- Act as a link between customer service and clients regarding shipment and quality concerns
- Provide training sessions to dealer sales representatives on ergonomics and Humanscale products
- Lead discussions with dealers to achieve sales targets, acquire new accounts, and expand existing customer sales
- Build relationships and educate Architect & Design Firms on ergonomic solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Humanscale's product range and consulting services
- 3-5+ years of business sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record in planning and execution
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE and related applications
- Ability for regional overnight travel up to 25%
- Capability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
- Adequate transportation required for customer site visits
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and willingness to drive
