    Job Title: Account Development Representative

    The Account Development Representative role focuses on boosting sales within assigned territory, engaging with end-users, dealers, and A&D accounts. Representatives educate prospects and customers on the advantages of ergonomics to promote our products and services.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Educate, market, and sell ergonomic workplace solutions benefits to various stakeholders
    • Maintain consistent sales activity levels, aiming for a minimum of 10 sales appointments weekly
    • Exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales objectives
    • Create a business plan aligned with strategic sales goals set by management
    • Arrange product tests or demos for end-users when needed
    • Conduct presentations for potential clients
    • Complete sales reports, order paperwork, and maintain a customer database
    • Act as a link between customer service and clients regarding shipment and quality concerns
    • Provide training sessions to dealer sales representatives on ergonomics and Humanscale products
    • Lead discussions with dealers to achieve sales targets, acquire new accounts, and expand existing customer sales
    • Build relationships and educate Architect & Design Firms on ergonomic solutions
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Humanscale's product range and consulting services

    Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of business sales experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred
    • Proven track record in planning and execution
    • Proficiency in MS OFFICE and related applications
    • Ability for regional overnight travel up to 25%
    • Capability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
    • Adequate transportation required for customer site visits
    • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and willingness to drive
