    Job Summary:

    Rocket55 has an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team as a Business Development Representative. This position is ideal for an eager self-starter who is interested in gaining experience in advanced sales and marketing processes, while being a valuable contributor of a seasoned revenue generation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of business development, sales, marketing, and administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound Lead Generation:
      • Researches potential leads and prospects using business intelligence tools, such as LinkedIn Navigator, to obtain direct contact information.
      • Utilizes various channels such as email, phone, and social media to engage with prospects.
      • Nurture prospects through the lead qualification process and set up appointments for the sales team.
    • CRM Maintenance:
      • Maintain the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and interactions.
      • Ensure data integrity and organization within the CRM.
    • Pre-Sales Activities:
      • Assists in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
      • Collaborates with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging with prospects.
      • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
    • Sales Support:
      • Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales-related documentation.
      • Assist with follow-up communication with leads and prospects.
      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
    • Project and Task Support:
      • Support the sales team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
      • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
      • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
    Requirements:

    Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales administration, business development, or customer service.
