    As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying a high volume of viable leads for the sales team.

    Prospect for new customers leveraging existing leads as well as building your own target lists based on key segments of interest.

    Creative use of social media and other selling tools is highly encouragedEngage prospects via cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client baseQualify prospective leads using Center's best practice methodologyOrchestrate discussions around business needs with senior leaders for prospective customersStrategize and work with top-producing Account ExecutivesMap prospective accounts and engage in targeted leadsLeverage CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline in an efficient and productive mannerOther duties and projects as assignedAbility to travel as neededWhat You Will Bring to the Role:One year of directly related experience preferred with a clear track record of exceeding goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetingsA history of evangelical sales is highly desirablePrior experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool(s) to manage leads, activities and your pipelineProficient on the Microsoft suite of software

    This includes competitive salary, variable commissions, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation. The Business Development Representative pay transparency OTE range is $70k-$90k annually + equity.
