About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-paced SaaS startup. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying customers.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and VP of Sales, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
You should have a passion for engaging with decision makers and a desire to help our company grow.You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Identify potential customers and qualify them based on their needs and budget
Create strong rapport with prospects by confidently articulating our value proposition and how it is differentiated from other technology on the market.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leadsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly BDR quotas
Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and understand our target personas through training and self-study
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Qualification:
2+ years in sales or business development (preferably in the SaaS industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Energetic, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
