    Description

    Yoh is seeking an Service Desk Technician to join our financial services client for an onsite contract position (3-6 months) in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience with Windows troubleshooting and ticket management in a corporate environment. See below for abbreviated job responsibilities and requirements.     We're on the lookout for a skilled Service Desk Technician for a short term project. If you thrive on tackling technical challenges and providing top-notch support, this role is for you

    Job Duties:

    • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve Windows 10 software and hardware issues effectively.
    • Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central for streamlined endpoint management and security.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing user inquiries and technical concerns via various communication channels.
    • Play a key role in planning and executing Windows 10 upgrade projects, ensuring a seamless transition for our users.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to enhance IT systems and promote endpoint security measures.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent working experience) is preferred
    • 2+ years of previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role is required
    • Must have strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 environments in a corporate setting
    • Experience with deploying and managing endpoint management tools, specifically ManageEngine Endpoint Central
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
