Shishir Rajani

My name is Shishir Rajani. I'm from a solid Identity and Access background. I've worked in IAM operations for more than 8 years. Presently, I'm working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer providing product support to customers/partners. I'm willing to get back into the world of Identity and Access Management. I'm preparing for Comptia Security + certification as well.

• I have blended work experience in the fields of IT Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit, Access Controls, Technical support and Identity & Access Management. 
• I have primarily worked in financial and healthcare service domains.
• I had started my professional journey as a Customer support associate and later became an IT helpdesk technician.
• Then, I worked as an Identity & Access Management specialist and became team lead.
• Later, I worked at JP Morgan Chase and Co. (Bengaluru, India) as a Project administrator in the Access controls and recertifications team.
• I came to USA in 2019 and joined Mitek Systems Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer in November, 2020.
• In December, 2022, I was promoted as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Mitek Systems Inc.
