Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of chat systems like GPT. In my previous role, I worked extensively on optimizing prompts to enhance user interactions and ensure relevant and accurate responses. By reviewing test data and analyzing user feedback, I was able to identify areas for improvement and iteratively enhance the performance of the chat system.

Additionally, I understand natural language processing (NLP) techniques, which enables me to develop intelligent and context-aware conversational models. I have worked with cutting-edge technologies like IBM Watson Assistant, leveraging them to create robust AI systems that deliver high-quality and coherent responses.

Furthermore, I am well-versed in evaluating and benchmarking the performance of AI models, utilizing metrics like perplexity and BLEU scores. By conducting thorough analyses and incorporating user feedback, I have consistently improved the performance and accuracy of chat systems, resulting in a superior user experience.

I am currently furthering my education enrolling in University of Texas McCombs school of business in a AI and Machine learning for Business Post Graduate Class. This course will provide the latest updates in  Machine Learning, Python, and Natural Language Processing, which will be crucial to stay relevant in the everchanging updates in technology.
