- Seek and secure new business while nurturing existing accounts through stellar collaboration

- Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing or related field
- 5-8 years of regional sales experience calling on Food Service or Grocery Retailers
- Proficiency in creating dazzling presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- A knack for budgeting and forecasting
- Must show a working knowledge of marketing, analytics and customer development
- Negotiating and closing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the baking or other foodservice CPG industries
- Home office (remote in field)
- Expect a minimum 40-hour workweek with the occasional weekends
- The travel required for the position is 50% - 70%. Automobile and air travel
- Must be comfortable baking in early mornings and sampling our products at customer sites as needed by the role
- Must possess valid motor vehicle operator's license that is not under suspension or revocation and possess current automobile insurance coverage

Regional Sales Manager, Food Service Accounts

Position Summary:
In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be based physically in the Salt Lake City areawith focus on the food service industry at Bridor, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including food service account development, distributor sales expansion, broker oversight, conducting weekly calls, participating in trade shows, managing trade spend, providing sales training, delivering customer presentations, and facilitating product sampling.
This position is pivotal in fostering robust and mutually advantageous connections across Bridor, with a special emphasis on cultivating relationships with our valued customers, distributors and brokers within the Utah, Arizona, Colorado & New Mexico food service market. You will craft and implement customer-specific growth strategies, leveraging data analysis to craft evidence-based presentations aimed at propelling profitable sales growth.
