PROJECT MANAGER

CHG HEALTHCARE, INC.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT
JUNE 2007 – NOVEMBER 2018

Ran a variety of projects including process improvements within team cultures, website builds, rebranding of companies, and cross team campaign development and execution.

Worked with various teams to understand how they function, help them define their goals, and then build processes that streamline their work to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Led the program for the CHG brand evolution. This work entailed bringing together creative, brand, development, freelance, communications, and PR teams to launch the new brand in a coordinated release.

Researched and tested Agile principles in creative, development, and brand environments. As Agile sweeps the development world I have looked at how the principles can be applied to other types of projects to gain greater efficiency, clearer goals and tasks, and more collaborative teams.
