**Sales Manager**

Murray, UT **Our D Dahle Mazda Sales Managers** help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by managing vehicle sales processes & dealership staff, planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives, and meeting requirements based on objectives set by upper management.

**Responsibilities**

Manage daily operations of the Sales Department and ensure the sustainability of dealerships profitability

Strategize with department managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits

Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages

Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture

Coordinate with the business office to ensure records are accurate

Hiring and training of sales representatives

**Skills**

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Strong business sense and industry expertise
