- Hunt, sell and bring on new clients in the medium and high voltage services and equipment to large industrial and commercial clients
- Sets own schedule and meetings with potential clients
- Easily and knowledgeably speaks about medium and large voltage products and services (switch gears, utilities, uninterrupted power supply systems, large panels and transformers etc)
- Build strong and long-lasting client relationships
- A minimum of 4 years of business development in the electrical high voltage and medium voltage sectors (transformers and large transformers)
- Experience selling large scale electrical equipment, commissioning and maintenance
- Knowledge and experience of selling to industrial projects and commercial sectors (hospitals, municipalities, utlity, power, water works, mining and power distribution etc)
- A hunter mentality, you will be given some producing accounts, but the focus will be on new business acquisition
- Excellent communication and sales persona
- Good computer usage skills including CRM
- Post-secondary education in electrical or similar, electrician, engineer etc.
