- Mail operations work – collect, sort, and deliver internal mail.
- Sort, open and direct external mail to proper teams with accuracy.
- Provide support for Intra-departmental operations as assigned by Management.
- Receive and respond to employee inquiries in person or via email.
- Reviewing documents for action and logging in our systems for visibility and awareness.
- Provide production support by taking member calls as needed.
- Provide scanning, filing and outgoing mail support.
- Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office).
- PC literate, with knowledge of the internet, email and tracking programs.

S3 is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) which is an organization, owned by credit unions. We serve credit unions by supporting their operations and delivering world class service. We support the credit union members with their loans, deposits and other financial needs to achieve their goals.
The Service Support Specialist will be part of our talented Consumer Lending team. The Service Support Specialists is a key position supporting the incoming and outgoing mail daily. This role is responsible for the reporting and tracking of various documents, reviewing each for action, and maintaining an organized approach to increase efficiencies while minimizing member impacts. This role will support our Consumer Servicing Teams as they work towards a proactive approach and prioritize tasks recognizing the level of urgency.

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.

Emotional Effort- Occasional short deadlines. The work environment is occasionally hectic with periods of high stress.
