Responsibilities:

Are you an enthusiastic service technician (all genders) and eager to use your skills in IT support and hardware rollouts? Then you've come to the right place

Ensuring operations in a diverse system landscape for a media company
Processing tickets in accordance with SLAs
Troubleshooting in the 1st & 2nd level support, either remotely or onsite
Recording and processing customer inquiries by phone, email, or at our customer counter
Maintenance of asset data
Forwarding of issues to downstream units
Support of IT projects
Continuous optimization of operational processes and structures
