We currently operate around 100 facilities nationwide with a total of approximately 2,000 employees, providing care, accommodation, and support for asylum seekers and homeless individuals.

Job Description

To support our team at our facility in 01067 Dresden, we are currently seeking several Social Care Workers (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, in full-time positions.

Are you communicative, resilient to stress, and enjoy working with people from different nationalities? Then the following tasks await you:

In your role, you will support the facility management in organizing the accommodation of asylum seekers, taking into account social aspects and legal regulations.
You will provide assistance with the basic material needs and security of asylum seekers and act as a contact person in all areas of life.
You will treat our residents with respect and have a strong intercultural understanding. You have excellent communication skills and are able to act in a solutionoriented and levelheaded manner, even in escalating situations.
Working in a 3shift system, including weekends and holidays, is not a problem for you.

Qualifications

Our requirements:

Education in a social/pedagogical field is an advantage, but not mandatory. We also welcome interested career changers.
Experience in working with multicultural individuals is desirable.
